words from our founder - Sharing few things which helped me sailing through the career. These I learnt along the way through many sources. Some from mistakes, some from colleagues, some from books and many articles, influencers, etc. All helped me grow and It can help you too. Here are my few suggestions 1. You shall read good code to write good code. 2. After writing the code, review it like your smartest version will review somebody else's code. 3. Accept mistakes and learn from them. 4. Ask questions - I will prefer to look stupid once than be stupid forever.(I can and will write a longer version on this.) 5. Learn to keep mind clear from multiple thoughts.(if things can be done quickly and forgotten then finish it rather than letting it come back in your thoughts multiple times a day) 6. Learn to keep calm and find what brings you peace of mind.(this is hard!) 7. Do one thing at a time.(I don't think our brain does multi tasking well, I complete one and then pick up another, doing multiple things at once may stress you) 8. Do the ugliest work first, the one you are avoiding by doing small tasks first.(this I picked up from 'Eat that frog') 9. Avoid distraction and Increase your attention span. (I read a complete book on this, Continuous distraction is the reason for reduced productivity in many individuals, I faced it too. Read Deep Work, It helped me a lot) 10. Learn affirmative exploration. (whenever you disagree with someone rather starting with opposing views start with what you agree on and continue to add your view with 'and' instead of 'but'. This will help others engage with you rather than them taking defensive stance. Also the encounter won't appear like confrontation) Hope this will help you, Thanks for reading! #selfhelp #development

This gives a good indication of the support a person or organization gets from the people. For example, for a political party their influence would reasonably be considered an aggregation of the influences of their party leaders and everyone that is a direct patron of the party itself. When the same influence is plotted on a map, you get a very informative and intuitive understanding of the geographic distribution of the influence.
