8th Pay Commission: 8वें वेतन आयोग पर हर सवाल का जवाब जानें, सैलरी में आएगा 34 फीसदी का उछाल सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए आठवें वेतन आयोग के लागू होने के बारे में चर्चा जारी है। इस आयोग के निर्णयों से केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनधारियों की आय में वृद्धि की उम्मीद है। आयोग के निर्णयों के आधार पर कर्मचारियों को फिटमेंट फैक्टर के आधार पर बढ़ोतरी और एरियर के लाभ मिल सकते हैं। इस बारे में विस्तार से जानें। आठवें वेतन आयोग के निर्णयों के आधार पर कर्मचारियों की सैलरी में बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। इसके लागू होने पर उनकी आय में बड़ा इजाफा होगा। फिटमेंट फैक्टर के आधार पर बढ़ोतरी के आंकड़े तय किए जा रहे हैं। अगर फिटमेंट फैक्टर करीब 2.57 रहता है, तो बेसिक पे में लगभग 30-34 प्रतिशत तक की बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। इसके अलावा सैलरी की रेंज करीब 46,260 रुपये से 6,42,500 रुपये तक जा सकती है। यदि फिटमेंट फैक्टर 3.0 के स्तर पर होता है, तो सैलरी की रेंज 54,000 रुपये से 7,50,000 रुपये तक पहुंच सकती है। फिटमेंट फैक्टर के बढ़ने से कर्मचारियों को ज्यादा लाभ मिलने की संभावना होती है। आठवें वेतन आयोग के लागू होने के समय के बारे में भी चर्चा हो रही है। पिछले वेतन आयोग के लागू होने में लगभग 2.5 साल का समय लगा था। इस बार नए वेतन आयोग के लागू होने में भी थोड़ा समय लग सकता है। इसके अलावा आयोग के निर्णयों का राज्यों की आर्थिक स्थिति पर क्या असर पड़ेगा, इसकी भी गहरी जांच की जाएगी। आठवें वेतन आयोग की देरी होने पर कर्मचारियों को एरियर का लाभ मिल सकता है। अनुमान के मुताबिक निचले स्तर के कर्मचारियों को करीब 3 लाख रुपये से ज्यादा का एरियर लाभ मिलने की संभावना है। वहीं, लेवल 5 के कर्मचारियों का एरियर 9 लाख रुपये से भी अधिक हो सकता है। इस बारे में आयोग के निर्णयों के आधार पर एरियर के आंकड़े तय किए जाएंगे। आठवें वेतन आयोग के निर्णयों के आधार पर कर्मचारियों की सैलरी में बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। इसके लागू होने पर उनकी आय में बड़ा इजाफा होगा। फिटमेंट फैक्टर के आधार पर बढ़ोतरी के आंकड़े तय किए जा रहे हैं। अगर फिटमेंट फैक्टर करीब 2.#India #public_service #government #salary #wages
