Residents Near Burning Warehouse in Northwest Miami-Dade Worried as Flames Rage As a massive warehouse fire rages on in northwest Miami-Dade, residents are left worried about the potential dangers and disruptions it may bring. The blaze, which broke out early Monday morning, has already engulfed much of the three-story building and continues to spread despite efforts from firefighters. "The smoke is getting inside my shop, and I'm afraid it will damage my products." Firefighters from the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue department were called to the scene around 3:30 am Monday morning and have been battling the blaze since then. Crews are working in hot temperatures, with little relief from the wind or rain. "It's a challenging situation," said Fire Captain James Johnson. "The building is fully involved, and we're doing everything we can to contain it." Despite the challenges, firefighters continue to work tirelessly to put out the fire, which has already caused significant damage to the warehouse and surrounding properties.
