Greer, 29, recorded career-high totals during the 2025-26 season with the Panthers, including 17 goals, 15 assists, and a +14 plus/minus rating. He contributed 2 goals and 1 assist in 16 postseason games, helping Florida reach the 2025 Stanley Cup championship. Over his career, Greer has accumulated 36 goals, 45 assists, and a +18 rating in 326 regular-season games with Florida, Boston, New Jersey, Colorado, and Calgary. He also played 278 games in the American Hockey League, tallying 85 goals and 110 assists for 195 points. Notably, he was named to the 2017 AHL All-Star Game and received the Yanick Dupre Memorial Award for community efforts during the 2016-17 season. Greer’s NHL career began with the Colorado Avalanche, where he was selected in the second round (39th overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft. He spent a season in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) with the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies, earning 16 goals and 11 assists for 27 points in 33 games.
