The opening ceremony for Canada’s first group stage match, against Bosnia & Herzegovina on June 12 in Toronto, will feature Canadian artists such as Michael Buble, Alanis Morissette, and Alessia Cara. The U.S. opening game, where the men’s national team faces Paraguay at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, will include Katy Perry as the headliner, alongside rapper Future and DJ Sanjoy. The Mexican opening match against South Africa on June 11 at Azteca Stadium will showcase performances by Mexican rock band Mana, popstar Alejandro Fernandez, singer Belinda, and traditional cumbia group Los Angeles Azules, as well as South African artist Tyla.
