Among the major initiatives highlighted was the widening of the 89-kilometer Arwal–Biharsharif National Highway, which is estimated to cost Rs 3,844 crore. This project aims to improve connectivity between key districts in Bihar and enhance traffic flow in the region. Another significant proposal is the Rs 8,672 crore Ram Janaki Path project, a 146-kilometer highway that will connect Mashrakh, Chakia, and Bhitthamod. This route is expected to boost economic activity and facilitate movement between religious and cultural sites. The state government also submitted a detailed project report (DPR) for the Satighat bridge, along with associated road packages along the NH-333A corridor between Barbigha and Panjwara. The DPR, valued at Rs 974 crore, outlines the technical and financial aspects of the bridge and road development, which are critical for improving regional connectivity.
