In the third leg of the series at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Saturday, Sanyogita Misar, representing the SB City Sports Club, triumphed in the U-20 girls’ 100 metres hurdles event. She finished with a time of 15.67 seconds, securing the gold medal. Her performance marked a significant achievement in her category. Meanwhile, in the women’s 1,500 metres race, Bhavyashree Mahalle of the same club placed sixth with a time of 4:51.85 minutes, showcasing consistent pacing and endurance. The fourth leg of the series took place at the Birsa Munda Stadium in Ranchi on Sunday, where Aniket Nalawade, affiliated with the Local Sprinters and Rider Club, claimed victory in the senior men’s 100 metres race. He clocked 10.60 seconds, outpacing competitors such as Jharkhand’s Sadanand Kumar (10.85 seconds) and Safin Lakra (10.98 seconds), who finished second and third, respectively. In the women’s 100 metres event, Dhanashri Kamathe of the same club placed seventh with a time of 12.99 seconds.
