This preferential allotment ensures Thomas Cook retains full ownership of the Class A Equity segment of the joint venture, which is focused on co-developing a Travel AI Platform. The capital infusion, made on March 27, 2026, underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its strategic partnership with Atirath Technologies Private Limited. IHMSL, established as a joint venture between the two entities in December 1989, aims to leverage technological advancements to enhance the travel services ecosystem.
