The 2 Star Island estate, which Combs acquired in 2003, was also listed as 2 W Star Island Drive in court filings. The 1 Star Island mansion, previously owned by Gloria Estefan and Emilio Estefan, is a six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom home situated on over an acre of waterfront property, along with a guest house. According to The Real Deal, the property features luxurious amenities such as a swimming pool, private dock, basketball court, spa, and panoramic views of the Miami skyline.
