RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Asserts Bharat Will Become Vishwaguru, Echoing Ayodhya Ram Temple Legacy RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat emphasized on Friday that India’s transformation into a global leader, or "Vishwaguru," is inevitable, drawing parallels to the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Speaking at the foundation-laying ceremony of the world’s first "Bharat Durga" temple near the National Cancer Institute in Nagpur, Bhagwat urged citizens to embrace confidence in India’s future. The event, organized by Dr Abaji Thatte Seva aur Anusandhan Sanstha, brought together religious leaders, public figures, and spiritual figures, including Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union minister Nitin Gadkari, and Sadhvi Rithambara. Bhagwat, addressing the crowd, stated, "Do not harbour doubt, Bharat will become vishwaguru. Earlier, people would ask me if Ram mandir will ever be built. And I kept saying, 'I don't know how, but it will happen.'" He framed the temple as a symbol of India’s civilisational values, asserting that the world’s future depends on aligning with Bharat’s path. "If the world does not follow Bharat's path, what future does it have?" he asked, declaring India’s leadership as "unavoidable." The Bharat Durga temple, inspired by the national song "Vande Mataram," is designed to embody both Maa Durga and Bharat Mata. Bhagwat highlighted the need for inner transformation alongside external devotion, quoting the traditional saying, "Shivo bhutva shivam yajet — to worship Shiva, one must become Shiva." He stressed that mere ritualistic worship is insufficient, urging citizens to "participate in this worship through their conduct.#nitin_gadkari #devendra_fadnavis #mohan_bhagwat #ayodhya_ram_temple #dr_abaji_thatte_seva_aur_anusandhan_sanstha
