July 19 is projected to be the most active day for heavy rainfall, with the IMD warning of "very heavy" rain in several districts. The affected areas include Ballia, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, and others. The forecast also highlights the likelihood of thunderstorms and lightning in regions such as Kausa, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Sonbhadra, Chandauli, Mirzapur, Jaunpur, Bhadohi, Azamgarh, Mau, and many more.
