Carole Radziwill is set to return to The Real Housewives of New York City after an eight-year hiatus, joining the show as a “friend of” for Season 16, Bravo confirmed. The network highlighted fans’ loyalty in a celebratory post, stating, “In the marathon of life, loyalty is everything. And because of Bravo fans’ loyalty, Carole Radziwill is returning to #RHONY as a friend-of for Season 16!!!” Radziwill first appeared on the show in Season 5 and left in 2018 after wrapping Season 10, following a fallout with executive producer Andy Cohen and co-star Bethenny Frankel. Her memoir, What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love, included critical remarks about her time on the series. However, tensions eased when she reconciled with Cohen, making a surprise appearance on his late-night talk show Watch What Happens Live. She later participated in BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, where she reflected on her RHONY experience and received support from fans. Season 16 is expected to begin filming this week after a brief break. While Bravo has not officially announced the full cast, several returning stars are anticipated, including Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy, and Jessel Taank. Jenna Lyons confirmed she would not return last year, and Brynn Whitfield made the same decision earlier in 2024. Radziwill’s return marks the first confirmed legacy star to rejoin the show since the Season 14 reboot. Other former Real Housewives stars, such as Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Kelly Bensimon, Sonja Morgan, and Dorinda Medley, are set to star in a new E! series titled The Golden Life, which is filming in Palm Beach, Florida. The project is separate from RHONY but highlights the continued presence of the franchise’s alumni in media.#bravo #carole_radziwill #andy_cohen #the_real_housewives_of_new_york_city #bethenny_frankel
