Vivo X300 Ultra and X300s Launch Date, Design Officially Revealed Vivo has officially announced the release date for its upcoming X300 Ultra and X300s models, along with a preview of the X300s’ design through a teaser. The two smartphones will launch on March 30, with the X300s serving as the successor to the X200s, which launched in December 2024. Both devices will debut in China. The X300s features a circular camera module on the back, housing a triple-lens setup. Zeiss branding on the module confirms the camera system will be tuned by the optics giant. The design includes a dual-tone finish, a flat metal frame, and a "Film Green" color option. The Vivo logo is positioned in the bottom-left corner, while the power button and volume controls are located on the right side. The X300s is expected to have a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display using BOE Q10+ technology, supporting a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and Circular Polarisation Light 2.0 for eye protection. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and include dual symmetric 1115 speakers with a Super-sense Gaming Audio Zone feature that enhances in-game audio detail by up to 120%. The device is also rated IP69 for dust and water resistance. The X300 Ultra, meanwhile, is anticipated to feature a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) chipset and Android 16-based OriginOS 6. The phone is expected to include a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging support. Storage options will include 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB configurations.
