The announcement was made during a press conference held at the commission’s headquarters in Ajmer on June 18, 2026, a day before Saahu’s tenure ended. The commission’s chairman highlighted the organization’s efforts to enhance administrative efficiency, ensure transparency in the examination process, and implement technological innovations to streamline operations. Saahu stated that the commission had successfully conducted examinations for over 47 lakh applicants, with 187 exams held during the period from June 2025 to June 2026. The exams were organized in accordance with the pre-scheduled calendar, ensuring timely execution. Additionally, the commission sent selection recommendations to relevant departments for 10,000 applicants, providing immediate employment opportunities to youth across the state. The chairman emphasized the commission’s commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of examination materials. A seven-tier security framework, including numeric locks and real-time video monitoring of examination halls, was implemented to prevent any form of malpractice. Each candidate’s seat was monitored with real-time data and timestamps, ensuring zero leakage of exam content. The commission also reported a significant increase in the number of interviews conducted during the period.
