Razorpay is also involved in the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring seamless discovery, ordering, and checkout. This innovation aims to simplify the user experience for millions of customers across India by eliminating the need for typing or navigating apps. The partnership marks a significant step in making digital services more accessible to a broader audience, particularly in regions where Indian languages are predominantly spoken. Sarvam’s voice models are trained on extensive data in 11 languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, and Marathi.
