The 293.5cc engine continues to power the Twister, delivering 24.5 CV at 7,500 rpm on petrol, 24.7 CV on ethanol, and 26.2 Nm of torque on ethanol. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and an assist-and-slipper clutch. FlexOne technology enables riders to use varying fuel blends without requiring exclusive fuel types, offering flexibility in regions with diverse fuel availability. A major upgrade for the 2027 model is the inclusion of HSTC, which functions as traction control by monitoring rear-wheel grip and intervening during excessive wheelspin. This addition enhances safety for the lightweight 300cc street motorcycle, aligning it with technology typically found on larger bikes. The suspension system has also been overhauled, featuring a 38 mm Showa SFF-BP inverted front fork with 130 mm of wheel travel, replacing the previous conventional setup. The rear monoshock retains 120 mm of travel, while the steel Diamond-type frame and lighter forged-aluminium components around the front fork improve comfort and reduce vibration. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch, while the flex-fuel capability is tailored for Brazil’s widespread ethanol availability.
