Hyundai Exter facelift launched at Rs 5.80 lakh with over 25 upgrades Hyundai Motor India Limited has introduced a redesigned version of the Hyundai Exter in India, starting at Rs 5.80 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated compact SUV features a range of design, interior, and safety improvements while retaining its existing powertrain options. Priced between Rs 5.80 lakh and Rs 9.42 lakh, the facelifted model aims to enhance its appeal to urban buyers and young families through modern aesthetics and added functionality. The refreshed Exter builds on its previous success, having already attracted over 2 lakh customers in India. This update focuses on delivering a more contemporary look, a premium cabin, and an expanded safety package. Despite these changes, the mechanical components remain unchanged, continuing to rely on the proven formula that has defined the model. Externally, the Exter now boasts a bolder, more upright stance that emphasizes its SUV character. The front fascia has been redesigned with a wider grille, a new centre garnish, and updated bumpers, giving it a more assertive appearance. At the rear, new tailgate and C-pillar garnishes create a sharper, sportier profile, while a wing-type spoiler adds visual flair. The SUV also features new 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and more pronounced wheel arch cladding, contributing to a tougher, muscular design. Hyundai continues to position the Exter as the tallest SUV in its segment, with one of the longest wheelbases, which enhances road presence and cabin space. Inside, the cabin has been significantly upgraded with a more premium and contemporary layout. A dual-tone navy blue and grey interior theme is complemented by a new 3D carbon-pattern finish on the dashboard.#india #hyundai_motor #hyundai_motor_india_limited #hyundai_exter #kappa_engine
