The company’s safety record, according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, includes only one injury accident in the past two years, with a "satisfactory" safety rating. Among the victims, four were in a car that caught fire. The deceased included a 45-year-old male, a 44-year-old female, a 13-year-old female, and a 7-year-old male from Greenfield, Massachusetts. Their names were not disclosed by police, but a statement from their school, Providence Christian Academy, identified them as Dmitri and Ecaterina Doncev and their children, Emily and Mark. The school expressed deep sorrow over the loss, noting the family was a cherished part of the community.
