Candidates who appeared for the exam on May 17 will be able to access their scorecards via the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. The results will determine eligibility for admission to IITs and initiate the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling process, which allocates seats across participating institutes. The examination is a critical gateway for admission to Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and other undergraduate programs at IITs. To check scores, candidates must log in using their JEE Advanced 2026 registration number or roll number, along with their date of birth and registered mobile number. The scorecard will display subject-wise marks from Paper 1 and Paper 2, total marks secured, qualifying status, and rank details. Additionally, candidates will be able to view their position in the Common Rank List (CRL) and category-specific rank lists. IIT Roorkee is expected to announce the names of the top 10 All India Rank holders alongside the results. JoSAA counselling for 2026 will commence after the results are declared and will consist of six rounds. During this process, candidates will select their preferred institutes and courses online.
