JAC 10th Result 2026 Declared: Over 4 Lakh Students Pass, Regional and Category-Wise Performance Highlighted The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) officially announced the Class 10 results for 2026 on April 23, 2026, with students able to access their scores online via the official website jacresults.nic.in and the DigiLocker platform using their roll number and roll code. The results marked a significant improvement in pass rates compared to previous years, with a total of 4,02,178 students passing out of 4,22,109 who appeared for the exams. This represents a pass percentage of 95.27%, up from 91.71% in 2025 and following a dip to 90.40% in 2024. Regional performance data revealed varying success rates across Jharkhand’s five divisions. Kolhan division recorded the highest pass percentage at 96.32%, followed by Santhal Pargana at 96.25%, South Chotanagpur at 95.24%, Palamu at 94.76%, and North Chotanagpur at 94.67%. Notably, female students outperformed their male counterparts in several regions, including South Chotanagpur, where girls achieved a pass rate of 96.25% compared to 94.03% for boys. Overall, girls secured a pass percentage of 95.51%, with 2,15,066 students passing out of 2,25,173 who appeared, while boys had a 95.01% pass rate with 1,87,112 qualifiers. Category-wise analysis highlighted the General category as the largest group of successful candidates, with 2,34,979 students passing. The Backward Class (BC) category recorded the highest pass percentage at 96.42%, followed by ST and MBC students at 95.93% each. The SC category saw a 93.40% pass rate.
