Top Chef Season 23 Premieres March 9 with New Contestants and Rewards Fifteen chefs from across the United States will compete for the prestigious title of “Top Chef” in the upcoming season, which debuts on Monday, March 9. The premiere episode will air at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and will be available for streaming on Peacock the following day, Tuesday, March 10. The winner of Season 23 will receive a substantial prize package, including a cash reward of $250,000, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, an invitation to the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado, and the opportunity to headline an exclusive dinner at the James Beard House in New York. Additionally, the victor will be granted the chance to present at the James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards in Chicago. Following the season premiere, new episodes of “Top Chef” will air weekly on Mondays at 9:30 p.m. ET, with each episode becoming available for streaming on Peacock the next day.
