Karamtara Engineering's IPO Receives Strong Investor Interest on Day One The initial public offering (IPO) of Karamtara Engineering Ltd has attracted significant attention from investors on the first day of bidding. Investors submitted bids for 2,60,92,455 shares against the total available for subscription, indicating strong demand for the offering. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 2.66 crore equity shares valued at Rs 675 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 78.74 lakh equity shares worth Rs 200 crore.
