The results are expected to be released shortly, with details on how to retrieve them provided by the board. Once the results are declared, candidates can download their mark sheets via designated websites such as karresults.nic.in and kseab.karnataka.gov.in. Additionally, the results will be available on DigiLocker, a digital platform for storing academic credentials. To access their results, students must log in using their registration numbers and select their respective subject streams. The mark sheets will include essential information, such as the student’s name, registration number, subject-wise scores, total aggregate marks, and whether they have passed the examination. The 2nd PUC examination for 2026 was conducted between February 28 and March 17. A total of 7,10,363 students from 5,174 pre-university colleges registered for the exams. Among these, 6,46,801 were fresh candidates, 50,540 were repeaters, and 13,022 were private candidates. This reflects a significant level of participation across the state. A notable change in this academic session is the revised passing criteria. Students are now required to secure a minimum of 30% marks in each subject and 33% overall to qualify, compared to the previous requirement of 35%. Additionally, candidates must pass both theory and practical components separately. For theory exams, students typically need around 24 out of 80 marks or 21 out of 70 marks to meet the minimum requirement.#karnataka #digi_locker #karresults_nic_in #kseab_karnataka_gov_in #karnataka_school_examination_and_assessment_board
Karnataka 2nd PUC 12th Result 2026 Announced The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has officially declared the Class 12 Pre-University Course (PUC) results for 2026 on April 9. The announcement came after delays caused by challenges in data compilation and logistical coordination. KSEAB Chairman Prakash GT Nittali confirmed that the results were postponed from the originally planned April 7 date. The 2nd PUC examinations were held from February 18 to March 17 across 1,217 examination centers in the state. A total of 7,10,363 students from 5,174 pre-university colleges registered for the exams. Of these, 2,92,645 were in the science stream, 2,11,174 in commerce, and 1,42,982 in the arts stream. The large number of participants contributed to extended evaluation timelines. Students can now access their results through the KSEAB official websites, karresults.nic.in and kseab.karnataka.gov.in, as well as via DigiLocker. For the first time, digital scorecards will be available on digilocker.gov.in starting at 3 p.m. on April 9. Additionally, results can be checked using the KarnatakaOne mobile application. The board also provided helpline details for students facing issues while retrieving their results. KSEAB emphasized that the delay in announcing the results was due to coordination challenges and adherence to guidelines, including those related to the model code of conduct during by-elections. The 2nd PUC results follow the announcement of the 1st PUC results on March 31, 2026, which followed a similar timeline. The board’s decision to delay the results reflects the complexity of managing such a large-scale examination process. Students are advised to use their registration numbers and dates of birth to access their results online.#karnataka_school_examination_and_assessment_board #prakash_gt_nittali #kseab #karresults_nic_in #kseab_karnataka_gov_in
