The declaration, submitted alongside her nomination papers on April 6, 2026, includes movable assets valued at ₹139.62 crore and immovable assets worth over ₹909.94 crore. Her liabilities, primarily from loans, amount to ₹8.56 crore. Ms. Leemarose, the wife of S. Martin, a well-known lottery baron, was appointed joint secretary of the AIADMK’s women’s wing after joining the Dravidian party following her departure from the Indiya Jananayaga Katchi (IJK) a few months ago. A resident of Coimbatore, she has studied up to class VI at the Government Higher Secondary School in Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram district. According to the affidavit, which spans 159 pages and includes annexures on her assets, liabilities, and pending criminal cases, she declared an annual income of ₹9.82 crore for the 2024-25 fiscal year. The affidavit also lists pending cases, including two under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) filed by the Enforcement Directorate. Her husband, S. Martin, has declared movable assets worth ₹3,262 crore and immovable assets valued at ₹887.36 crore. His liabilities, including loans from banks and financial institutions, total ₹325.07 crore.
