Siddharthnagar Evaluation Delay Due to Examiners' Absence Siddharthnagar: The evaluation process for the secondary education board exams, organized by the Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, has begun at three centers in the district. The examination is being conducted under CCTV camera surveillance, with all answer sheets being checked. However, the absence of a significant number of examiners has slowed down the evaluation process despite the implementation of all guidelines. A total of 3,38,848 answer sheets have been received for evaluation in the district. On Sunday alone, only 39,253 sheets could be assessed. The primary issue remains the shortage of examiners, with 943 examiners reported absent from their duties. So far, 1,19,072 answer sheets have been checked, including 84,059 from the high school and 35,013 from the intermediate level. According to information from the DIOS office, at Shivpatti Inter College in Shohartgadh, 14,338 answer sheets were checked out of 1,10,983, despite 320 examiners being absent from the 582 assigned. At Tilak Inter College, 13,124 sheets were checked from a total of 1,07,454, with 305 examiners missing from the 581 assigned. The evaluation process at Shivpatti Inter College was supervised by Static Magistrate Dayashankar Yadav, Deputy Inspector, Vikram Yadav, Assistant Deputy Inspector Ramvilaas Yadav, Pramod Pal, Pramod Kumar Yadav, Ram Pratap Singh, and Ramnand Chaudhary. Similarly, at Ratnasingh Inter College in Bansia, 11,791 intermediate answer sheets were checked out of 1,20,411, with 318 examiners absent from the 568 assigned. The large number of absent examiners on the first day has already raised concerns about the efficiency of the process.#madhyamik_shiksha_parishad #shivpatti_inter_college #tilak_inter_college #ratnasingh_inter_college #dayashankar_yadav

UP Board to Evaluate Answer Sheets in Firozabad with CCTV Monitoring and Mobile Ban The Uttar Pradesh Board has announced that 2250 teachers will evaluate answer sheets for Class 10 and 12 exams in Firozabad. The process will be closely monitored using CCTV cameras, and mobile phones will be strictly prohibited at evaluation centers. The board has also implemented strict security measures, including the presence of armed police and a ban on unauthorized individuals entering the premises. Evaluation centers will operate under strict guidelines, with a limit on the number of answer sheets each teacher can assess daily. For high school exams, teachers will evaluate a minimum of 50 sheets per day, while intermediate exams will have a daily cap of 45 sheets. Supervisors will ensure that evaluators do not exceed these limits and will personally review sheets to prevent discrepancies. Mathematics and science answer sheets will be marked using step-by-step grading, while language errors will be checked in both Hindi and English. Teachers are instructed to adopt a lenient approach for other subjects to ensure fair evaluation. The board has also requested a holiday on March 21st to accommodate the Eid festival, as the holiday falls on that date. This request has been raised by the local chapter of the Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, which has urged authorities to declare the day as a break. Additional measures include the deployment of a static magistrate at each center and the requirement for evaluators to submit their work without using mobile devices. The board has emphasized that the evaluation process must focus solely on content accuracy, with no unnecessary scrutiny of answer sheets.#uttar_pradesh_board #firozabad #madhyamik_shiksha_parishad #eid_festival #cctv_monitoring
