A Yellow Warning has been issued for Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Sundargarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Bolangir, Boudh, Kalahandi, and Kandhamal, where thunderstorms with lightning and winds of 30–40 kmph may occur.
