District collector Kumar Ashirwad reviewed the preparations for the exam at a meeting held at Niyojan Bhavan, emphasizing the need for seamless conduct of the examination. The review meeting focused on security, infrastructure, and student convenience at the centres. Ashirwad directed centre heads and management of hosting institutions to ensure all essential facilities are in place before the exam. These include adequate lighting, proper seating arrangements, uninterrupted power supply through generator backup, availability of drinking water, and robust security measures for candidates. Officials highlighted the importance of addressing logistical preparedness and coordination among agencies involved in the examination process. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring students do not face any inconvenience during the test. The district administration has mandated close coordination between security agencies and examination authorities to maintain order and prevent disruptions.
