GPAT 2026 Exam Concluded: Question Paper Analysis, Answer Key Release, and Expected Cut Off The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) conducted the GPAT 2026 exam on March 7, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The online examination included 125 questions across subjects such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Allied Subjects, Pharmaceutics & Allied Subjects, Pharmacology & Allied Subjects, Pharmacognosy & Allied Subjects, and other B.Pharm course topics. The exam carried a total of 500 marks with a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. Candidates who registered for the exam took the paper online, and the question paper was displayed on computer screens. The analysis of the exam, based on feedback from test-takers, indicates that the difficulty level varied across sections. Pharmaceutical Chemistry was identified as the most challenging topic, while Miscellaneous sections covering Analysis, Biochemistry, and Microbiology were also prominent. The NBEMS is expected to release the official answer key by March 11, 2026, following which candidates can calculate their scores.
