Dalamiya Bharat Expands Cement Production Capacity with 4,000 Crore Investment Plan Dalamiya Bharat, one of India’s leading cement companies, is preparing to raise up to 4,000 crore rupees to boost production capacity and expand its operations. The company aims to increase its annual cement production from 4.95 million tons to 11-13 million tons by the financial year 2030-31. This expansion plan includes acquiring new assets, modernizing existing facilities, and investing in infrastructure projects to meet growing demand. According to the company’s annual report, its current production capacity stands at approximately 4.95 million tons per year. The short-term target is to raise this to 7.5 million tons, followed by a long-term goal of achieving 11-13 million tons by 2030-31. To achieve these targets, Dalamiya Bharat will focus on both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The company’s management believes that rising infrastructure spending, private investment, and urbanization in India are driving sustained demand for cement. Analysts predict that cement demand in India will grow at a rate of 6-7% annually over the next few years. In response, Dalamiya Bharat has outlined a long-term expansion strategy to strengthen its market position. This includes entering new regions where its operations are currently limited and increasing production in existing markets to enhance its share. The company plans to secure the required funds through a mix of equity shares, public issue (QIP), GDR, ADR, FCCB, convertible debentures, and other financial instruments. The funds will be allocated to new investments, plant expansions, debt repayment, working capital requirements, and investments in supporting companies.#ambuja_cement #dalamiya_bharat #punith_dalamiya #gautam_dalamiya #ultratek_cement
