The government cited the need to enhance administrative efficiency, ensure the effective implementation of government schemes, and strengthen law and order oversight as key objectives of the reshuffle. Among the notable transfers, Surbhi Sharma, previously based in Kanpur Dehat, was appointed as the SDM of Bahraich. Pushpendra Patel, who served in Gaziabad, was reassigned to Ambey Nagar, while Shubham Yadav, based in Unnao, was moved to Bulandshahr. Pratibha Mishra was transferred from Varanasi to Kanpur Dehat, and Gopal Sharma was relocated from Mainpuri to Bareilly. Mithalesh Kumar Tiwari was appointed as the SDM of Mainpuri, replacing a previous incumbent. Additionally, Lavleen Kaur was transferred from Hathras to Greater Noida, where she was assigned the role of OSD (Officer on Special Duty). The reshuffle also included the reassignment of other officials, such as Pushp Ranjan Chaudhary from Amroha to Unnao, Vir Singh (2020 batch) from Aligarh to Raebareli, and Avdhesh Kumar Nigam from Devriya to Firozabad. Deepika Mehra was moved from Mathura to Shamli, and Sachin Rajput from Agra to Shamli. Ram Janam Yadav was transferred from Bareilly to Hardoi, while Devendra Pratap Singh was reassigned from UPEIDA to Jhansi. Pragya Pandey was moved from Unnao to Bareilly, and Ajendra Singh from Kausaambi to Unnao.
