2026 Renault Duster Launched in India at Rs 10.29 Lakh Renault has officially launched the third-generation Duster in India, introducing it at an introductory price of Rs 10.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV marks the return of the Duster nameplate after its discontinuation in 2022. Built on Renault’s new RGMP platform, the latest model features an all-new design and multiple powertrain options, including turbo-petrol engines and a strong-hybrid variant set to arrive later in 2026. Pre-bookings for the Duster were available via the ‘R-pass’ program at a discounted rate of Rs 21,000, valid until March 31. Deliveries of the turbo-petrol variants are expected to begin in April, with the strong-hybrid version following by Diwali 2026. The Duster is offered in five trim levels—Authentic, Evolution, Techno, Techno+, and Iconic—and comes with a price range starting at Rs 10.29 lakh and extending up to Rs 18.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Renault’s ‘R Pass’ pre-booking benefit reduces the effective price of each variant by Rs 20,000–40,000. The new Duster is available with two turbo-petrol engine options at launch. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine produces 100hp and 160Nm, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. A larger 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine delivers 163hp and 280Nm, available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic. A 1.8-litre strong-hybrid powertrain, combining a 109hp petrol engine with a 49hp electric motor and a 20hp hybrid starter generator, will be introduced by Diwali 2026. This system is rated at 160hp and 172Nm. The India-spec Duster features a redesigned exterior with LED headlights featuring eyebrow-shaped daytime running lamps that also serve as turn indicators. The front grille includes large ‘Duster’ lettering instead of the Renault logo.#india #renault #duster #r_pass #renault_subscription_program
