A special lecture was organized at the School of Business Management, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJM University), where Deepak Agrawal, a former student and industrialist, emphasized that success stems from a positive mindset rather than resources or circumstances. Agrawal, who is also a former president of the Rotary Club of Kanpur, stated that a positive outlook enables individuals to identify opportunities even in challenging situations.
