Five Indian Companies Set to Raise Over Rs 7,400 Crore in Upcoming IPOs Five companies, including e-commerce platform Shiprocket and dairy firm Milky Mist, are set to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) next week, with a combined issue size expected to exceed Rs 7,400 crore. The IPOs will be opened for subscription on August 10 and 12, marking a significant week for India’s primary market. Dhoot Transmission and Molbio Diagnostics will begin subscriptions on August 10, followed by Milky Mist Dairy Food on August 11. Shiprocket and Behari Lal Engineering will open their public issues on August 12. Together, the five companies aim to raise approximately Rs 7,443 crore, reflecting a surge in corporate fundraising activity. The funds raised from these IPOs are primarily intended for business expansion, capital expenditure, debt repayment, and other corporate purposes. Dhoot Transmission, an auto components manufacturer, has fixed a price band of Rs 829-871 per share for its Rs 3,067-crore IPO. The offering includes a fresh issue of up to Rs 1,400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1.91 crore shares by promoters, including Bain Capital and Mangalam Capital. Molbio Diagnostics, a point-of-care diagnostics firm backed by Temasek and Motilal Oswal Private Equity, has set a price band of Rs 768-807 per share for its Rs 904-940 crore IPO. The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 200 crore and an OFS of up to 91.66 lakh shares.
