His mother, Rola, described the difficulties of starting over, but emphasized the family’s unwavering belief in their son’s footballing potential. “My father always dreamed that my brother and I would play football, and there are more opportunities in Europe than in the Middle East. That was another reason why we moved as well,” Bardghji added.
