The tour will also include two multi-day matches against Sri Lanka A in Galle following the limited-overs competition. The squad includes several emerging talents from domestic and franchise circuits, with Priyansh Arya and teenage sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi among the standout inclusions. Rajasthan Royals skipper Riyan Parag has been named vice-captain, reflecting the selectors’ emphasis on nurturing young leadership. Priyansh, who has made an impression in recent white-ball competitions, is joined by Sooryavanshi, one of the most talked-about young prospects in Indian cricket. The squad also features wicketkeepers Prabhsimran Singh and Kumar Kushagra, as well as bowlers like Anshul Kamboj, who was rewarded for his strong performances, including his IPL 2026 campaign. Other notable players in the squad include Ayush Badoni, Nishant Sindhu, Harsh Dubey, Vipraj Nigam, Yash Thakur, Yudhvir Singh, and Arshad Khan. The BCCI confirmed that the red-ball leg of the tour, comprising two multi-day matches in Galle, will be announced separately at a later date.
