Tata Sierra EV Launched in India at Rs 18.79 Lakh: Key Features and Specifications Tata Motors has officially launched the Sierra EV in India, marking the seventh electric vehicle in its lineup. The SUV is priced starting at Rs 18.79 lakh (ex-showroom) and reaches up to Rs 24.79 lakh for the top variant. The vehicle is positioned below the Harrier EV in the brand’s electric portfolio and is available for bookings starting today, with deliveries set to begin on 15 July. The launch introduces a redesigned exterior and enhanced interior features, reflecting Tata’s commitment to expanding its electric vehicle offerings. The Sierra EV distinguishes itself from its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart with a closed-off body-colored front grille, a restyled bumper, and new 18-inch alloy wheels designed for improved aerodynamics. A QWD badge on the front grille highlights its dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, which is a key differentiator. The SUV is available in six color options, including exclusive variants for the QWD model: Rishikesh Rapids and Nainital Nocturn. Inside, the Sierra EV features a screen-dominated cabin with a triple-screen setup. This includes a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a 12.3-inch passenger display. The cabin incorporates sustainable materials, such as recycled plastic, and includes a range of modern amenities. These include a wireless charger, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, dual-zone automatic climate control, a powered tailgate, and rear sunblinds. The vehicle also supports Dolby Atmos audio through Apple CarPlay, featuring 12 JBL Black speakers. Safety and convenience are emphasized with ADAS Level 2 features, ESP, six airbags, and a 540-degree camera system.#electric_vehicle #india #tata_motors #sierra_ev #tata_motors_ev_lineup
