Adityanath emphasized that no compromises would be made on workers' rights, urging immediate action to resolve disputes and ensure a dignified work environment. In a meeting held in Lucknow, Adityanath instructed all industrial development authorities to resolve issues within 24 hours. He directed the industrial management and workers to engage in direct dialogue to address grievances and create a safe, respectful workplace. The directive also mandates that workers receive timely and fair wages, with additional payments for overtime work as per regulations. The state labor department was ordered to ensure that all industrial units provide essential facilities, including clean drinking water, sanitation, restrooms, healthcare services, and safety equipment. Adityanath also stressed the importance of adhering to labor hour regulations, protecting female workers, and implementing effective mechanisms for resolving complaints. Authorities were instructed to maintain strict coordination with local administrations to monitor industrial units continuously. Adityanath warned that disruptions caused by external elements, such as individuals masquerading as labor representatives, must be identified and neutralized.
