Model Recruiter Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Found Dead in France Daniel Siad, a French professional model recruiter who for over a decade facilitated connections between young women and the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, was found dead in his home near Paris on Monday. His body was discovered in Colombes, a suburb of the French capital, according to Marie-Céline Lawrysz, deputy public prosecutor at the Nanterre Judicial Court, who confirmed the finding to CNN. An autopsy is scheduled to determine the cause of death. Siad’s association with Epstein spanned more than a decade, during which he arranged for the convicted sex offender to meet multiple models. Despite Epstein’s 2008 conviction for sex crimes, industry insiders like Siad continued to engage with him, inviting him to fashion events and allowing him to associate with their companies. Siad claimed Epstein assured him he had paid for his crimes and that “this would never happen with anybody” he referred to Epstein. “I trusted him and believed this guy was a professional person,” Siad told CNN. “I never heard anything from anyone I introduced to him who came back to me that they had a bad situation.” However, CNN found no evidence to support Siad’s assertion that Epstein was a casting director for Victoria’s Secret or the modeling agency MC2. Files released by the Department of Justice reveal Epstein paid tens of thousands of dollars to Siad. One message from Siad described a “cute French girl in Marrakesh” who was willing to meet Epstein. In 2018, Siad sought an assistant for Epstein, writing that he was looking for a “good looking young assistant.” Epstein responded, “Too old.” Siad’s name appears over 2,000 times in the DOJ’s Epstein files, according to CNN affiliate BFMTV.#jeffrey_epstein #paris #daniel_siad #marrakesh #victorias_secret
