Bhooth Bangla promo song to be attached to Dhurandhar: The Revenge: Report A section of moviegoers is eagerly awaiting the reunion of Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan in Bhooth Bangla, which is scheduled to release on April 10, 2026. While anticipation around the project continues to build, fans may soon get a glimpse into the film’s world. Industry buzz suggests that a promotional song from Bhooth Bangla could be attached to Dhurandhar: The Revenge, which is slated to hit theatres on March 19. According to a report by Mid-Day, a source said, “Akshay and Priyadarshan’s 2007 horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa benefited immensely from its title song, ‘Teri Aankhein Bhool Bhulaiyaa’, which became wildly popular. So, this time, with Pritam having composed another song that has the potential to become a chartbuster, Ektaa felt it would catch on among listeners and create buzz around Bhooth Bangla. Attaching it to Dhurandhar: The Revenge made sense as it’s among the most awaited films. ”The source further added, “The song was filmed on a grand scale with Akshay and over 100 background dancers. Given the film’s theme, a set of a spooky mansion was built. ”However, there has been no official confirmation regarding the development. Bhooth Bangla has no connection with Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise, clarifies T-Series T-Series has reacted strongly to online speculation claiming that Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film Bhooth Bangla has been developed using a storyline connected to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Putting an end to the rumours, the production house has clarified that the two projects have no link whatsoever. The statement comes after reports suggested that the script of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was allegedly reworked and used for Bhooth Bangla. However, T-Series has firmly denied any such development. Shiv Chanana, co-producer at T-Series, addressed the chatter and said the claims are baseless. “We have also come across some articles, but the fact is we have never received any script from Mr Priyadarshan or his team for making a Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise,” he said. Chanana also emphasised that the franchise is entirely controlled and developed by the studio itself. “It is our franchise. If anything has to be developed, it will be developed by us and under our supervision, which is exactly how Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 were made. I don’t understand where these stories are coming from—this was never the case,” he added. Reports further quoted industry insiders claiming that T-Series considers the Bhool Bhulaiyaa brand a major asset, and any attempt to draw indirect association with it could invite legal consequences. With the clarification now out, the studio has urged audiences to rely only on offic... #Akshay_Kumar #Bhooth_Bangla #Bhool_Bhulaiyaa #Bhulaiyaa #Bhool #film_Bhooth #Bangla #reacted_strongly #online_speculation #upcoming_film
