Chelsea Handler's High and Mighty Tour Concludes in Vancouver Comedian, author, and part-time Whistler resident Chelsea Handler has confirmed that Vancouver will serve as the final stop for the second leg of her High and Mighty Tour. The event will take place at Vancouver’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre on December 6, timed to coincide with the start of ski season. Handler, an avid skier, owns a home in Whistler and frequently enjoys the Coastal Mountain slopes during the winter months. Tickets for the tour will go on sale in phases, with an artist presale beginning March 25.
