Metro personnel noticed the child was unaccompanied and attempted to gather details about his family. However, the boy could not provide his address or contact information. Staff immediately alerted the police and handed the child over to Ganeshpeth Police Station. The boy was later reunited with his parents, marking a heartwarming resolution to the situation. In another incident, a 14-year-old girl arrived at Kadbi Chowk Metro Station after leaving home following a disagreement with her mother. Metro staff observed her emotional distress and anxiety, prompting them to engage her patiently. After speaking with her, they informed the police, who collaborated with Jaripatka police to safely reunite the teenager with her family. These actions underscored the staff’s sensitivity in handling delicate cases. Beyond reuniting families, Metro personnel also contributed to recovering stolen vehicles. Two motorcycles found abandoned in parking areas were traced using their registration details. Officials discovered both vehicles had been reported stolen, with FIRs already lodged.
