JMI Admission 2026–27: Application Deadline Set for March 25 Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has announced that the admission registration process for the 2026–27 academic year will conclude on March 25. The university is currently accepting applications for undergraduate, postgraduate, advanced diploma, PG Diploma, Certificate, and Diploma programmes. The application process began on February 20, 2026, alongside the release of the official prospectus. Candidates required to take entrance exams must submit their applications by March 25. Applications under the multiple-entry pathway for Four-Year Undergraduate Programmes (FYUP) will remain open until April 10, subject to seat availability. For programmes where admissions are based on merit, online forms will be available until 10 days after the results of relevant exams such as JEE Mains, NATA, NEET for BPT, NCET, and CUET are declared. In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, JMI will introduce the multiple entry and exit option under the FYUP starting from the 2026–27 academic session. To enhance accessibility, JMI has expanded its entrance test network by adding three new centres—Jaipur, Dehradun, and Kishanganj—bringing the total to 11. Existing centres include Delhi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Patna, Kolkata, Srinagar, Calicut, and Bhopal. JMI has also introduced 30 new programmes for the upcoming academic session.
