In Tiwasa, a Tata truck carrying five brass of sand was intercepted, leading to the arrest of Fulchand Harsule (35, Achalpur) and Nilesh Gudhe (Amravati). A tractor with one brass of sand was also seized in the same area, resulting in the detention of Abhishek Musale (22, Ashti) and Ajay Lokhande (56, Ashti). In Shendurjana Ghat, a tipper transporting six brass of sand was intercepted, and Arvind Ambadkar (47, Benoda), Krush Badode (21, Warud), and Kishor Belsare (Warud) were taken into custody. The incident unfolded on Thursday when the boy’s mother reported him missing after he had not returned home following an outing on Wednesday afternoon. The police station in Wathoda received the complaint around 6:15 p.m., and the case was immediately escalated to senior officers. The boy was last seen around noon near Tajbagh, where he boarded a vehicle heading toward the “Amma ka dargah” at Kanhan, under the jurisdiction of Kanhan police station.
