Officials revealed that over 7.71 lakh ration cards were found to be invalid, with reasons ranging from incorrect income data to cases of deceased individuals or people from different regions using the same cards. For instance, 144,000 cards were issued to individuals whose income exceeded the eligibility criteria, while 35,800 people had not used their cards for over a year. Additionally, 29,580 cases involved deceased beneficiaries, and 23,394 instances were identified where individuals from different areas were using the same cards. दिल्ली में राशन कार्ड आवेदन प्रक्रिया में महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव, आय सीमा बढ़ाकर 25 लाख रुपये कर दी गई दिल्ली सरकार ने राशन कार्ड के लिए वार्षिक आय सीमा बढ़ाकर 25 लाख रुपये कर दिया है, जिससे अधिक परिवारों को लाभ मिलेगा। इस निर्णय के तहत नए राशन कार्ड के लिए 15 मई से ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने घोषणा की कि इस बदलाव से अब अधिक लोग राशन कार्ड के लाभ के पात्र होंगे। पहले राशन कार्ड के लिए वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय सीमा 1 लाख रुपये थी, जिसे जनवरी 2026 में 1.20 लाख रुपये कर दिया गया था। अब इसे बढ़ाकर 25 लाख रुपये कर दिया गया है। इस निर्णय के तहत मंत्रिमंडल में चर्चा हुई और अगली बैठक में इसे स्वीकृति मिल सकती है। राशन वितरण व्यवस्था के अपात्र लाभार्थियों के नाम हटाने के बाद लगभग 7.72 लाख नए पात्र लोगों के राशन कार्ड बनेंगे। इसके अलावा पिछले 13 वर्षों में राशन कार्ड के लिए 3,72,367 आवेदन और राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने के लिए 99,501 आवेदन लंबित हैं। इन सभी आवेदकों को नई पात्रता शर्तों के अनुसार फिर से आवेदन करने का अवसर दिया जा रहा है। राशन वितरण व्यवस्था में डिजिटल सुधार किए गए हैं। राशन दुकानों पर पारंपरिक वजन मशीनों की जगह ई-वेइंग मशीनें लगाई जा रही हैं और बायोमेट्रिक प्रमाणीकरण अनिवार्य किया गया है। नए राशन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन से लेकर सभी सेवाएं अब ऑनलाइन हो गई हैं। सरकार ने राशन वितरण व्यवस्था का व्यापक ऑडिट कराया गया है, जिसमें 7,71,384 अपात्र और फर्जी लाभार्थी पाए गए। इनमें 6,46,123 कार्ड धारक निर्धारित आय सीमा से अधिक आय वाले, 95,682 लोग पिछले एक वर्ष से राशन नहीं लेने वाले, 6,185 मृत व्यक्तियों के नाम राशन रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज थे और 23,394 लोग एक से अधिक स्थानों से राशन ले रहे थे। भ्रष्टाचार और गड़बड़ियों को रोकने के लिए तीन स्तरों पर जांच होगी। पहले चरण में आवेदन और दस्तावेजों की डिजिटल जांच होगी, जरूरत पड़ने पर मौके पर सत्यापन भी होगा। दूसरे चरण में सहायक आयुक्त के पास आवेदन जाएगा, तीसरे चरण में जिला मजिस्ट्रेट की अध्यक्षता वाली जिला समिति...#delhi_government #rekhagupta #e_district_portal #manjinder_singh_sirsaa #digital_audit
